… my garden sprang to life.
The bleeding hearts are impossible to photograph, but delightful to behold.
I’m sad to say that I’ve forgotten what this flower is. But it loves the acidic, shady spot under my huge spruce tree, so it’s welcome in my garden.
These tulips were planted by a previous owner. For 15 years, they’ve been the show off of my spring garden, completely upstaging everything else I’ve planted since.
These two stinkers… Vinca and Bachelor’s Buttons will take over my yard if I let them. But I adore their vibrant blue/purple flowers.
My roses have these delicate red-edged leaves. I always forget those edges. And every Spring reminds me.
I hope you’ve been delighted by Spring this year too.
